I read “Plato’s Allegory of the Cave as explained by Popeye to Bluto”
at McSweeney’s last night. It’s a riot. Actually, that whole site is a riot; it’s my new favorite place on the web (after The Octopus, naturally). If you’re in need of having your sides split, I highly recommend it.
